Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to departure will be given a complete refund less a $100 administrative fee.

Cancellations received within 30 days of departure will forfeit the reservation deposit of $750 or full deposit can be applied to a future trip in the same year on a space available basis.

All cancellations must be in writing and charged amount is determined upon the date of receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour because of circumstances beyond our control. We anticipate this would be a rare occurrence and would do our best to make alternative arrangements.

If cancellations occur and we cannot make alternative arrangements, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
